Yavne, Israel; November 15, 2001 - Valor Computerized Systems (Neuer Markt: VCR) today announced the opening of a new Valor subsidiary in Singapore to sell and support its Enterprise 3000 DFM verification system, Trilogy 5000 CAM engineering system, and e4eNet collaboration solution to the PCB electronics industry. Valor is a global leader in providing productivity software solutions to electronics design and manufacturing services companies.

Jay Gorajia has been appointed as General Manager of the Singapore subsidiary, to manage the Southeast Asia region. During the last 5 years, Jay Gorajia held a range of management positions in Valor, most recently managing Valor's distribution channel in South Korea and before that serving as Vice President Customer Support for Valor Japan, supporting all sales and engineering activities. Gorajia's strong technical background coupled with his sales management experience brings extensive knowledge to Valor's new subsidiary in the region.
